中文摘要: 绿脓杆菌是一种人畜共患的条件致病菌,也是环境主要污染物之一。免疫缺陷动物感染绿脓杆菌后会引起败血症甚至死亡。绿脓杆菌是院内感染主要致病菌之一,该菌附在人体上可能引起皮肤化脓性感染,特别是患者的烧伤或烫伤部位被感染后,常会使病情恶化,甚至导致败血症。在人体抵抗力低下时,也可引起严重感染。目前临床研究表明,绿脓杆菌是外科第二大致病菌,同时也是内科第三大致病菌,绿脓杆菌的致死率大于50%。目前对绿脓杆菌的研究主要集中于对绿脓杆菌感染患者的抗生素治疗,而尚未有对环境中绿脓杆菌进行有效杀菌方法的研究。而且,由于绿脓杆菌复杂的耐药机制,为抗生素治疗带来巨大挑战。本项目探索470nm LED蓝光对绿脓杆菌的非抗生素杀菌作用机制,研究连续蓝光和脉冲蓝光对绿脓杆菌的杀菌规律,通过优化蓝光的光学参数,达到对环境中绿脓杆菌进行有效杀菌的目的,减少环境中绿脓杆菌的数量,降低人畜感染绿脓杆菌的风险,保护人体健康。

英文摘要: Pseudomonas aeruginosa, as one of the more feared bacterial pathogens among Gram-negative organisms, is an important opportunistic pathogen for animals and humans, and is a major ubiquitous environmental bacterium. Infectious caused by pseudomonas aeruginosa often lead septicemia or even death of the immunocompromised animal. Pseudomonas aeruginosa is reported to be the predominant cause of nosocomial infections. The growth of the pseudomonas aeruginosa is usually the cause of purulence in the wounds of patients and even bloodstream infections among patients who have experienced mucosal barriers by surgery or severe burns. Patients with impaired immunity have higher risks for the infections caused by this organism. It is reported that the pseudomonas aeruginosa is the second leading cause of most frequently isolated pathogen in surgical site infections and the third most common cause of medical site infection, and the lethality rate of the pseudomonas aeruginosa infections is larger than 50% in clinical collection. However, researches around pseudomonas aeruginosa are now concentrated on the chemotherapeutics of patients infected by pseudomonas aeruginosa using appropriate antibiotic, and the researches about killing the pseudomonas aeruginosa in environment have not been reported, moreover, the complexity resis
