中文摘要: 针对当前主要园艺基质-草炭资源已濒临枯竭的问题。如何因地制宜利用农业废弃物开发园艺基质、实现资源循环利用是园艺基质的主要选材方向,也是科研工作者的研究热点。本项目以西北典型地方枸杞产业每年修剪后焚烧(废弃)的枝条为研究单元,采用堆制生物化学技术、BIOLOG生化技术和PCR-DGGE现代分子技术作为处理和分析手段,研究枸杞枝条基质发酵中木质纤维素降解对温度、水分、氮源和外源微生物的变化响应规律,研究枸杞枝条基质发酵中木质纤维素降解关键酶、微生物群落种类、数量、多样性等变化特征,分析微生物群落多样性、酶活性与木质纤维素各组分及发酵因子间的关系,揭示木质纤维素降解的关键微生物群落特征,提出枸杞枝条基质的标准化发酵工艺,探明枸杞枝条基质发酵中木质纤维素降解特征,并提出相应的调控措施。项目对农业废弃物的循环利用、降低基质栽培成本、枸杞产业循环和可持续发展具有一定的研究价值和现实意义。

英文摘要: For the current major horticultural peat resources are on the verge of depletion.How to take advantage of local conditions to develop local agricultural waste horticultural substrate to achieve recycling of natural resources is the main direction of horticultural substrate selection,but also the research focus of scientists.In this study, the typical local wolfberry shoots as the research unit,using biochemical techniques,BIOLOG biotechnology and PCR-DGGE modern molecular techniques as the processing and analysis tools,Systematic study the lignocellulose degradation characteristics of the wolfberry shoots matrix under fermentation process in temperature,moisture,nitrogen and exogenous microbial response,study the lignocellulose degradation matrix variation of the key activity,microbial community types,quantity,diversity of the wolfberry shoots matrix under fermentation process,analysis of microbial community diversity,activity and the components of lignocellulose and temperature,moisture,nitrogen and exogenous microbes,reveals the key features of microbial communities of lignocellulose degradation,proposed the wolfberry shoots matrix standardized fermentation process,clarify the wolfberry shoots matrix degradation of lignocellulose fermentation characteristics,and propose appropriate control measures.The research project has a certain value and practical significance to agricultural waste recycling,reduce the cost of cultivation substrates,wolfberry industry cycle and sustainable development.
