中文摘要: 光子晶体的光子带隙带边效应可提高光增益特性,因而被广泛应用于激光器中,通过改变光子带隙可以实现对光子晶体激光输出波长的调谐,但目前所报道的可调谐光子晶体激光因单一染料发光波长范围的限制使得激光发射波长的可调谐范围较小。本课题拟将化学、力学响应性高分子作为骨架材料构筑反蛋白石三维光子晶体,并向其中引入两种具有高发光量子效率的染料制备得到响应性胶体光子晶体器件。选用复合染料能够突破单一染料发光波长范围较窄的限制,可以获得更宽的发光波长范围。在外界刺激下,响应性骨架材料发生体积缩胀,导致光子带隙波长位置发生大范围的变化,结合复合染料宽的发光范围,可以实现对激光输出波长更宽范围的调谐,为波长可大范围调谐的光子晶体激光器的研制提供实验依据。

英文摘要: Lasing can be achieved in photonic crystals cavities due to the enhancement of local density of states (LDOS) near the band edges and the field-enhancement effect in photonic crystals and tunability of lasing wavelength in photonic crystals can be realized by bandgap modification. However, the tunable range of wavelength of photonic cryastal laser reported is relatively samll due to narrow luminescent wavelength range of dyes embedded. The aim of this study is to prepare a series of mechanically and chemical-stimuli responsive polymer reverse opal photonic crystals with high-performance luminescent composite dyes embedded. Luminescence over a wide range of wavelengths can be abtained easily from the comoposite dyes, which breaks the limit of narrow luminescent wavelength range of one dye. Under external stimulus, the volume of stimuli-responsive skeletons of dyes-doped inverse photonic crystal devices will shrink or expand and a large modification of bandgap occurs, resulting a wide-range tunable laser emission. Consequently, this work would open a new avenue for the realization of miniature lasers with widely tunable wavelength.
