中文摘要: 从施肥主体出发,以农户施肥行为作为研究对象,沿着识别、成因、影响和调控的研究逻辑展开系统分析成为建设"两型"社会背景下的前瞻性研究。本课题拟以江汉平原为研究区域,选取粮食种植为研究载体,重点研究以下科学问题:一是率先提出农户过量施肥行为的识别方法。从农户施肥经济上过量和技术上过量两个视角,通过构建生产反应函数模型判断经济上过量和采用实验室常规农化分析方法判断技术上过量相结合,形成识别农户过量施肥行为的科学方法。二是揭示农户过量施肥行为的内在逻辑和关键影响因素。构建不确定性因素和政策环境因素内生下的不对称的生产函数模型,实证分析农户过量施肥行为的内在逻辑和关键影响因素。三是阐明调控农户过量施肥行为的路径选择。通过构建中国农业CGE模型,分析在行政干预和市场调节等两种调控路径下农户减量施肥的经济影响,并在识别不同类型农户过量施肥行为驱动因素基础上,提供调控农户过量施肥行为的路径选择和对策。

英文摘要: Taking the behavior of overusing fertilizer by farmers as the research object, we study up on it systematically with the logic of identification, cause, influence and control pathways of overusing fertilizer, which are prospective in the Two-Oriented society construction. This topic proposed in JiangHan plain as study area, selection of food crops for the study of the carrier, focused on the following scientific problems: one is the first overusing fertilizer identification method is put forward. Taking economic and technical overusing fertilization as two angle of view, by constructing production response function model to judge the economic overusing fertilization and combined with laboratory methods judging too much on technology, formed the scientific method of identification overusing fertilizer. Secondly, it is to light the inherent logic, and the key influencing factors of overusing fertilizer, based on constructing asymmetry of production function model and the questionnaire survey and getting the data from the questionnaire survey. Thirdly, we construct Chinese agricultural CGE model, analyzing the economic impact of overusing fertilizer, under the two scenarios of administrative intervention and market regulation, and the same time, regulatory pathways and countermeasures of controlling the behavior of
