中文摘要: 空间动力学环境对光学成像遥感器成像质量的影响是一个极为复杂的问题,动态成像质量已经成为提高我国遥感卫星空间分辨率以及遥感影像应用水平的一个制约性技术因素。在深入研究高分测绘卫星TDICCD成像机理的基础上,研究动态成像质量与非平稳像移的多参数耦合关键技术。引入结构随机振动理论思想,将像移分解为宽平稳像移和非平稳像移,并提出采用靶标辐射变化测定非平稳像移方法,提出顾及像移的基于半参数模型补偿最小二乘估计的区域网光束法平差模型,实现测绘卫星在轨运行中参数与非参数像移的估计;研究高分测绘卫星立体定位精度与不同频率星颤的定量关系;提出了基于像移的动态成像质量评价模型。项目成果可为为我国高分测绘卫星应用和后续测绘卫星设计提供理论和技术依据。

英文摘要: The influence of environment of space dynamics on the images' quality of optical sensors is extremely complex, and dynamic images' quality has become a constraint technical factor on improving China's remote sensing satellite spatial resolution and remote sensing images application. Based on deeply researching of the art of high-resolution satellite stereo imaging, the key technologies of dynamic images' quality and couple with the multi-parameter non-stationary image motion are researched. The random vibration theory is introduced, and the image motion is decomposed of wide stationary and non-stationary motion, proposing a method of detecting non- stationary image motion by the target radiation changes and proposing bundle block adjustment based on semi-parametric model of penalized least squares with image motion to achieve parameters and non-parametric estimate of image motion of mapping satellites in orbit; the quantitative relationship between high-resolution satellite stereo imaging accuracy and star chatter is also researched; Dynamic images' quality evaluation model based on image motion is proposed. The achievements can provide theory and technical basis for the applications of China's high-resolution mapping satellite and the subsequent design of mapping satellite.
