中文摘要: 利用天然材料制备和组装介观结构不仅减少化学试剂的消耗,而且天然材料复杂、精细有序的结构还为材料的制备提供了丰富多样的模板。同时值得注意的是,介观结构和生物模板的作用是相互的,生物模板影响介观结构的形貌和性能,介观结构也可以赋予生物模板新的功能。本课题将利用棉纤维自身的纳米孔道和纤维素分子的诱导和自组装功能,建立一种棉纤维上原位制备、组装介观结构的方法,如纳米二氧化硅、二氧化钛、氧化锌、金、银及其复合材料,研究棉纤维模板以及制备条件对纳米材料形貌影响,探讨纳米材料的成核生长及其与棉纤维的协同转变机理。鉴于棉纤维在日常生活中的广泛应用,还将探讨纳米材料对棉纤维本身抗菌、抗紫外、强度、阻燃等性能的影响,阐明棉纤维和纳米材料性能相互影响的机制,为功能纺织品的开发奠定基础。

英文摘要: Development of natural biomaterials to construct novel mesostructures is an emerging area due to their unique microstructures and environment benign features. It is noteworthy that the interactions between biotemplates and mesostructures are mutual. The morphologies and capabilities of the mesostructures will be influenced by biotemplates, and the mesostructures will also offer new functionalities for the biotemplates. In this project, cotton fibers will be choosed as biotemplate for the preparation and assembly of nanomaterials (such as TiO2, SiO2, ZnO and their nanocomposites with Au, Ag) in view of self-assembly capability of cellulose molecules. The influence of cotton fibers and preparation condition on the morphologies, nucleation and growth mechanism of meso-structures and the synergistic transformation mechanism with biotemplates will be investigated. Simultaneously, investigations will also be carried out aiming at the anti-UV, antibacteria, flame-retardancy, self-cleaning capabilities, strength of cotton fibers and the interaction between cotton fiber template and the nanomaterials in view of wide application of cotton fibers in daily life, which will construct solid basis for functional fabrics.
