中文摘要: 伴随着生物学和信息科学日新月异的发展,生物信息学的研究正蓬勃兴起,计算机已成为生物学领域不可或缺的研究手段和工具。但目前尚无分子量级生物学过程模型描述工具,使得生物信息学研究对象严重匮乏,因此研究和寻求模型分析方法迫在眉睫而至关重要。本项目将综合运用群论、矩阵论、元间理论以及不变量特征方法等众多数学建模方法与离散事件系统流程分析技术,精确定量描述分子生物学新陈代谢相关过程,建立蛋白质分子三级结构切换动力学抽象函数状态空间方程并予以分析,基于观测器设计基因调控网络常微分方程模型的非线性控制策略,并开展仿真和实验验证工作。以期揭示生物体新陈代谢相关基因信息传递机制与数学描述模型之间关系的一般性规律,阐明非线性控制方法在基因调控网络分析中的应用,并发展一套定量化的微生物过程模型理论与分析方法。相关研究结果将在仿生计算、系统生物学的研究等方面具有潜在应用前景。

英文摘要: Nowadays the biology and information science develop fast with each passing day. The research on bioinformatics is thriving and the application of computer technology in biologics field research is indispensable, but the deficiency in modeling tools of molecular biology leads to the lack of research objects in bioinformatics, so research on suitable modeling methods is a matter of in very need. This project will use various mathematical modeling methods including group theory, matrix theory, Yuanjian theory, invariant feature extraction method, and discrete event dynamical systems to quantitatively and precisely model the metabolic process of molecular biology and to establish protein molecule tertiary structure equations in abstract functional space for analysis. The project will derive the nonlinear control strategy for the ODE models of gene regulatory networks based on observer. And then the project will make simulation of above research result and the testing and verification work. With systemic research, we attempt to reveal the general rules of the relationship between the genetic information transfer mechanism in the metabolic process and its mathematical descriptions, and illuminate the application of nonlinear control methods in the analysis of genetic regulatory networks, and work out a set of quantitative modeling theory of microbiological process and analysis method. The relevant study result will have potential application prospect in the research of simulating computing, system biology, and so forth.
