中文摘要: 燃煤烟气中汞及细粒子所造成的污染问题亟待加强解决。基于二者的同时控制需求,提出荷电吸附凝并控制新方法,即利用带电吸附剂对烟气中的汞进行吸附捕集,同时对细粒子进行凝并以利于其去除。通过研究,建立合理的荷电吸附凝并体系,对吸附剂荷电装置的结构及运行参数进行优化,提高吸附剂预荷电量和能量转换率;基于静电及流体力学理论,对荷电吸附剂的喷注方式及其在烟气中的运动特性进行研究,揭示带电吸附剂颗粒在运动及扩散过程中与其它颗粒之间(包括异性和同性电荷)的相互作用规律;研制性能优良的吸附剂,通过合理的改性方法提高其吸附作用及荷电凝并行为,并探索磁性吸附剂的吸附及回收特性。研究带电吸附剂对烟气中典型细粒子(含颗粒态汞)的凝并机制,揭示其在烟气条件下的团聚规律;阐明带电吸附剂对不同形态汞的吸附作用机制,以及吸附与凝并共存时的协同作用。通过此研究,为荷电吸附凝并技术的理论基础及应用方法作出有益探索。

英文摘要: The pollution by mercury and fine particulate matter (PM2.5) from coal-fired flue gas has become one of the most urgent environmental problems. In order to develop any technologies to control these pollutants effectively and simultaneously, a novel method named Adsorption and Agglomeration by Charged Sorbent(AACS) is put forwad and studied in this project. The method employs the charged sorbent particles for the capture of mercury and the agglomeration of fine particulates by the electrostatic force and surface potential energy of the sorbents, which will faciliate the furthur removal of the fine particulates. A suitable AACS system with high energy conversion efficiency and high charge capacity will be installed tentatively, and the structure of the setup will optimized through the study. The injection mode of the charged sorbent and its dynamic parameters in flue gas will be investigated experimentally and theoretically on the ground of electrostatic and fluid field principles. The effect of the charges on the adsorption performance of the sorbent will be studied integrated with the corresponding mechanisms. The interaction of the adsorption mercury and the agglomeration of fine particles over the same surface of the charged sorbent will be determined. The outcomes of this research will be very helpful to the technology inovation and the better understanding of the basic principle for the co-benefit removal of mercury and fine paticulate matter in the coal-fired flue gas.
