中文摘要: 穿墙雷达可对建筑、掩体和废墟等进行外部非入侵式探测,在反恐、警戒、救灾、医疗等场合具有重要作用。穿墙雷达现有研究中,成像多针对单层均匀墙体后的若干简单目标,杂波抑制多针对墙体反射波和天线耦合波。穿墙雷达面临的真实环境远比此类简单场景复杂,电磁波在复杂场景(非均匀色散介质和封闭空间)中传播所产生的严重杂波、多径干扰以及传播参数不确定等问题,是当前穿墙雷达研究的难点。本课题针对非均匀墙体及封闭空间中穿墙雷达高分辨成像技术开展研究。建立非均匀多层墙体的电磁传播模型,反演墙体反射系数,研究未知墙体参数的估计方法;将期望最大(EM)算法与多传感器信息观测相结合,完成观测与目标之间的关联,并基于多重假设检验模型进行判决,从而抑制多径引起的虚假目标。本项研究将推进穿墙成像技术的发展,使之能够在更加贴近实际的环境中获取图像。

英文摘要: Through wall radar provides capability for non-contact inspecting targets hidden behind barriers such as buildings, shelters and ruins, and it can be used in counter-terrorism, law enforcement, rescue mission and medical care scenarios. Much of the existing literature in through wall radar area has focused on imaging of the simple targets behind the single homogenous wall, clutter reduction of wall reflections and antenna coupling. However, the real circumstance that through wall radar facing is far more complex than this simple scene. The electromagnetic wave propagation in the complex scenes (non-homogenous, frequency dispersion, stratified media and enclosed space) leads to severe clutter and multipath interference. And the propagating parameters are highly uncertain. They are the major problems in current research. This proposed project will carry out research on through wall radar high resolution imaging technology in the enclosed structures with non-homogenous media. An electromagnetic propagation model based on non-homogenous multi-layer wall will be built to calculate the reflection coefficient and estimate the unknown wall parameters. For multipath mitigation, an expectation-maximization (EM) algorithm based on the multi-sensor scheme is developed to associate radar measurement set which contains ghosts
