中文摘要: 本项目将围绕非均质材料及其结构的瞬态热-力耦合的弹-塑性行为、变形机理,开展系统、深入的研究,主要研究内容是:发展表征材料细-微观构造非均匀随机性的方法,研发其计算机生成程序;建立反映热-力耦合行为的、宏-细-微观结构(包括微缺陷和裂纹)演变的弹-塑性多尺度关联模型,发展相应的高阶多尺度算法;并研发相关的软件,进行有工程背景的数值模拟,检验模型和算法的正确性与有效性。研究目标是为非均质材料及其结构的热、力学性能预测,热-力-弹-塑性行为的精细分析提供一套理论上可靠的、宏-细-微观热-力学行为关联的多尺度模型、高阶多尺度计算方法与计算程序,为新材料的设计、制备提供理论和算法支撑。

英文摘要: This project will focus on dynamic thermal-mechanical elastic-plastic behaviors, deformation characteristics of heterogeneous material and its structure, to carry out systemic and deep research. Main contents of this project are as follows: Firstly, develop representation of the heterogeneous material with non-uniform and random distribution of meso-micro configuration and its computer-generated program. Secondly, establish the thermal-mechanical-elastic-plastic coupled model and develop corresponding high-order multi-scale algorithm at macro-meso-micro scales, especially discuss thermo-mechanical problems of micro-structure based on micro-defects or cracks evolution theory. Finally, develop relevant software, code the computing program of numerical simulation applied to engineering, and test the correctness and effectiveness of model. The object is to provide a reliable thermal-mechanical coupled model, high-order multi-scale computational method and procedure in theory for heterogeneous material and its structure at macro-meso-micro scales, with prediction of macroscopic thermal-mechanical performance and fine analysis of elastic-plastic deformation mechanism. That's the foundation of designing and producing of heterogeneous.
