中文摘要: 本项目"制油微藻的辐射特性及光能转化特性"即对制油微藻的辐射特性及其对光能的转化特性开展研究,通过理论建模及实验手段获得典型制油微藻在可见光及近红外波段的光谱辐射特性,包括吸收系数、散射系数及单散射相函数,并分析具有生命的微藻细胞辐射特性的基本特征。研究微藻细胞的微观形态(形状、大小、油脂含量)与其光谱辐射特性的关系,同时发展微藻油脂含量、微藻浓度的光学测定方法。研究藻细胞生长过程中在不同波长及强度的光照条件下的油脂积累特性,分析不同种类微藻细胞光养培养的最优光照条件。研究意义:本项目研究内容是对微藻光自养过程的定量分析及微藻光生物反应器的设计和优化的基础,具有重要的理论和应用价值。

英文摘要: This project " Radiative properties and light energy conversion characteristics of oil production microalgae" will conduct reasearch on the radiative properties of microalgae specific for oil production and their conversion characterists of light energy to oil. By developing theoretical modeling and experimental techniques, the radiative properties of typical oil production micro algae in the visible and near infrared band spectral radiation characteristics will be obtained, which include absorption coefficient, scattering coefficient and single scattering phase function. Furthermore, research will be conducted on the basic characteristics of radiative properties of the living micro algae, on the relation between the microalgae cell micro morphology (shape, size, oil content) and the spectral radiative properties of microalgae, on developing optical techniques to measure micro algae oil content and microalgae concentration, on the oil accumulation characteristics of microalgal cell growth process under light irradiation of different intensity and wavelength, on the analysis of optimal illumination conditions for different kinds of micro algae cell phototrophic cultivation.
