中文摘要: X射线探测器广泛应用于医学诊断、工业无损检测和核物理研究等领域,性能标定和测试是探测器研制与应用的基础。基于X射线光机产生的能量连续可调的单能X射线源能够对探测器进行逐个能量点的扫描检测,相比于放射性核素和同步辐射,具有独特的优势。我国第一颗天文卫星 “硬X射线调制望远镜(HXMT)”拟利用该装置完成18个高能X射线探测器阵列的地面标定。单能X射线源开展探测效率、能量响应等性能标定的关键问题是X射线注量的测量。本项目计划在已实现(10-100)keV 单能X射线源的基础上,采用放射点源准直形成准平行光、点源外推和蒙特卡罗模拟三种方法,获得平行束下高纯锗谱仪探测效率曲线,形成标准探测器。利用该标准探测器,实现单能X射线注量的精确测量。本项目旨在建立(10-100)keV 单能X射线标准源,为医学、工业、国防安全和科研领域各类X射线探测器提供性能标定、检测和研究平台。

英文摘要: X-ray detectors are applied in medical diagnosis, non-destructive testing and nuclear physics research. Calibration and performance testing is the key of research and development of detector. The tunable monochromatic X-ray source based on X-ray machine can scan the detector to get energy response in detail; it has special advantages comparing with radionuclide and synchrotron. The first astrophysics satellite, Hard X-ray Modulation Telescope (HXMT),will use this monochromatic X-ray source to calibrate 18 high energy X-ray modules. The key problem of monochromatic x-rays source to calibrate the detectors is measurement of fluence.This project plans to use parallel beam collimated by point nuclide, point source extrapolation method and Monte Carlo simulation to get detector efficiency of high purity germanium, then to measure fluence of monochromatic X-ray by this standard detector. This project aims to establish a national standard of (10-100) keV monochromatic X-ray and calibration facility for all kinds of X-rays detectors applied in medical, industrial, homeland security and research.
