中文摘要: 硅酸盐胶黏剂能完全避免因胶黏剂引起的醛类有毒化合物释放问题,是当前木材胶黏剂领域中一类极有发展前景的环保型胶黏剂。构筑互穿聚合物网络(IPN)是实现硅酸盐胶黏剂各项性能优异的有效途径。IPN结构硅酸盐木材胶黏剂致韧机理及界面黏合机制的相关研究,对丰富无机胶黏剂与木质复合材料理论研究及促进其应用发展具有重要意义。本项目拟采用扫描电镜、动态力学分析等手段,系统研究硅酸盐胶黏剂IPN结构形成对其韧性和粘接性能的影响规律,探明有利于硅酸盐胶黏剂与木材界面胶合的韧性调控方式;综合利用纳米压痕技术和有限元分析方法,获得木材细胞壁胶合界面处的细观力学参量,解析界面微结构有序形成和作用力传递特性,解释界面微结构与宏观胶合性能之间的关系,揭示胶黏剂与木材的界面作用规律;在此基础上构建IPN结构硅酸盐胶黏剂的界面黏合机制,获得提高胶合性能的原理与方法,为其它无机胶黏剂的研究及在人造板中的应用提供科学理论指导。

英文摘要: Silicate adhesive is a kind of very promising environmental friendly adhesive in the field of wood adhesive, which can completely avoid the problem of toxic aldehydes compounds release caused by adhesive. Fabrication of interpenetrating polymer network (IPN) is an effective way for silicate adhesive to achieve its various excellent performances. Related research, such as toughening mechanism and interface bonding mechanism of silicate wood adhesive with IPN structure, will have the important meaning for enriching inorganic adhesive and wood composite material theory research and promoting their application development. In this project, the influence law of IPN structure formation to the toughness and bonding properties of silicate adhesive will be systematically studied, using scanning electron microscopy, dynamic mechanics analysis and other means to find the beneficial method of toughness regulation to interface binding between silicate adhesive and wood. Micromechanics parameter of wood cells wall in interface area will be obtained by comprehensive utilization of nano-indentation technology and finite element coupling analysis, the ordered formation of interface microstructure and transfer characteristics of interface forces will be revealed, and the relationship between macro properties and microstructure of
