中文摘要: 能源微藻是一种极具潜力的生物制油原料,目前如何提高微藻光生物反应器的效率以降低成本及进行规模化培养是其产业化发展的技术瓶颈,而对藻细胞生长光环境的优化是提高光生物反应器培养效率的关键。本课题针对能源微藻光生物反应器内光环境定量分析亟待解决的3个热辐射传输基础问题进行研究:1)微藻及其培养液的辐射特性,2)微藻光生物反应器内的光辐射输运模型,3)微藻光生物反应器内的非稳态辐射、对流耦合输运模型。拟通过实验测量研究不同微藻及培养液形成的半透明吸介质的光谱吸收系数、散射系数及散射相函数的特征。通过对微藻光谱辐射特性进行参数化建模并基于计算热辐射学方法,建立光生物反应器内的多维、多光谱光辐射输运模型。将发展的光辐射输运模型与流动分析模型联合,建立光生物反应器内的非稳态辐射-对流耦合输运模型,并对不同形式光生物反应器内微藻所受光照强度的时变特性以及辐射-对流耦合引起的"闪光效应"的特征进行深入分析。

英文摘要: Energy microalgae is one of the most potential raw materials for biodisel production. Currently, the bottleneck in industrial development of energy microalgae is how to improve the performance of the photobioreactor to reduce the cost of cultivation and to make cultivation in large scale. To optimize the light enviroment of cells is the key factor to increase the efficiency of the photobioreactor. This project focuses on three fundamental problems of radiative transfer that are necessary to quantitatively analyze the light enviroment in photobioreactors for microalgae cultivation: 1) radiative properties of microalgae and the culture solution, 2) light radiative transport model in the photobioreactor, and 3) transient coupled transport model of radiation and convection in the photobioreactor. The characteristics of spectral absorption coefficient, scattering coeffient and scattering phase function of the semitransparent media composed of different energy microalgaes and culture solutions is planed to be investigated experimentally. Based on a constructed parameter model of the spectral radiative properties of microalgaes and the means of computaional thermal radiation, a multidimensional and multispectra light radiative transport model for photobioreactor is to be built.
