中文摘要: 大麻科含10属约110种,间断分布于新旧世界热带至温带地区。本项目将在良好的前期研究基础上,采集大麻科所有属和80%代表种,利用9个叶绿体和核基因片段结合形态学等其它分支学科数据,构建大麻科种级水平的系统发育树,探讨科下属间和种间系统发育关系。利用构建的系统发育树,结合化石、古地质和古气候资料,推断大麻科及其重要支系的起源地和时间,分支间断形成的时间和历史过程。整合分子系统发育树和分支分化时间探讨在时间尺度上大麻科物种多样化模式,及相关古地质、古气候因子和关键衍生性状对现存支系分布和多样化的影响。本项目不仅综合利用多种数据解决大麻科分类、系统发育重建、起源、现在分布格局成因和物种多样化等问题,对被子植物热带至温带地区的新旧世界间断和重要支系生命之树重建,提高我国相关领域的研究能力和科研地位均有重要意义。

英文摘要: The family Cannabaceae s.l. contains ca. 10 genera and 110 species, which are disjunctively distributed across the tropical to temperate regions in the New and Old World. Basing on well previous studies, this project will apply nine plastid and nuclear loci and other related data to reconstruct the specific-level phylogeny of this family. Including all ten genera and 80% representative species, this project will fully resolve intergeneric and interspecific phylogenetic relationships. Combining fossil, paleogeologic and paleoclimatic data, we will infer the origin center and time of the family Cannabaceae and its major clades, the time and historic process of formation of clades' disjunctions.Combining the phylogenetic trees and clades' divergent times, we will fully discuss the specific diversification pattern at time scale, the impact of the paleogeologic, paleoclimatic factors and key innovations on the distribution and diversification of extant clades. Combining data from multiple resources, this project will fully resolve the classification, phylogenetic reconstruction, origin, formation of current distribution pattern and specific diversification of Cannabaceae.
