中文摘要: 本项目以农村居民食品消费行为为着眼点,通过对江西省农村入户调查获取研究所需资料,采用定量与定性的研究方法,分析我国农村居民食品安全消费行为形成机理及引导机制。首先,分析目前农村居民食品消费行为特征;其次,分别运用Logistic模型、有序Probit模型,探讨农村居民食品安全认知情况、食品安全消费意向、决策行为及其影响因素;第三,基于计划行为理论和消费者行为理论,运用多分类logistic模型,实证分析农村居民食品安全消费行为形成机理及影响因素的次优顺序,并构建农村居民食品安全消费行为形成机理模型;最后,基于行为形成和改变理论、制度经济学和社会心理学相关理论,利用系统分析法,构建农村居民食品安全消费行为引导机制并优化路径,并在上述研究基础上,提出完善农村食品安全治理制度和机制的政策建议。

英文摘要: Abstract:In this project, the rural residents' food consumption behavior was considered. Based on a survey on the rural household of jiangxi province, a quantitative and qualitative research method was used to research the mechanism of China's rural residents' food safety consumption behavior and guiding mechanism. Firstly, the current rural residents' food consumption behavior characteristics was analyzed; Secondly, using Probit model, the rural residents' food safety knowledge, the willingness of food safety consumption and its influencing factors were discussed; Thirdly, based on the theory of planned behavior theory and consumer behavior, using the path analysis and structural equation analysis, empirical analysis of rural residents' food safety the formation mechanism and key factors affecting consumer behavior were made, then a model of food safety consumption behavior of rural residents was constructed; Finally, based on the theory of behavior to learn and change , system analysis method was used to construct the guiding mechanism on rural residents consumption behavior. Some potential policies to improve the rural food safety management system and mechanism were put forward .
