中文摘要: 目前的均质材料零件越来越难以满足产品的功能需求,因此异质材料零件的研究近年来受到国内外学者的高度关注。然而当前在异质材料零件建模理论和成型方法等方面的研究相互孤立,尚未形成 CAD/CAE/CAM一体化,同时对异质材料零件的成型机理尚不清晰。本项目主要研究: 1)从异质材料零件建模角度,基于提出的异质材料零件彩色STL模型数据格式,研究异质材料零件的可视化及其有限元分析方法。 2)从异质材料零件成型机理角度,提出采用多相瞬态场统一数值分析模型和多相材质扩散方程等方法,研究异质材料零件成型过程中的微滴形成、微流体特性和成型特性等问题。基于提出的理论与技术路线,依托已有的多材料快速成型系统样机,开发出异质材料零件CAD可视化软件和 FEA 中间件,开展异质材料微滴喷射和成型实验,并对异质材料零件样件进行性能测试及评价,为实现异质材料零件的并行设计与制造提供结构优化和性能改善的有效参量。

英文摘要: Homogeneous objects are restricted to be employed to meet the requirements of industrial productions currently,therefore,heterogeneous objects(HEO) have gained great popularities and research interests recently. Separate studies on HEO CAD/CAE/CAM fail to consider the design problem in an intergrated manner and are somehow problematic in HEO manufacturing behavior.Towards the goals,the followings will be studied in the proposal: 1) The visualization and finite elements analysis(FEA) for HEO will be explored based on the colored STL format we approached. 2)Fundamental study on micro-droplets formation,microfluid behavior and HEO prototype properties will be carried out with transient temperature field simulation and diffusion equations. After the above framework of HEO theories and technical roadmap,HEO software for CAD visualization and FEA middleware are expected to be developed on the rapid prototyping appratus we made for HEO prototypes with multi-materials. For the further optimization of HEO design and physical performance improvement,HEO prototypes properties need to be properly tested and evaluated.
