中文摘要: 多稳态柔性机构具有在多个位置上实现位形自保持的能力,广泛应用于各类开关、继电器、加速度阈值传感、可重构机器人、可展开机械装备等装置。国内外目前的研究成果主要集中在双稳态柔性机构上。鉴于三稳态柔性机构在宏观系统和MEMS中有着广阔的应用前景,本项目开展了三稳态柔性机构的综合方法和设计理论的研究,成功研制出了双拉伸型全柔性三稳态机构、正交型全柔性三稳态机构、双Young三稳态机构、基于柔性变胞五杆机构的三稳态机构、柔性Sarrus三稳态机构等;另外,作为本项目的延伸,提出了数种综合多于三个稳态位置柔性机构的方法,以及运用三稳态机构实现静态平衡装置设计的方法。就上述内容,本项目取得了一系列的研究成果,共发表学术论文20篇,其中10篇被SCI收录,15篇被EI收录,获得7项国家发明专利授权,并研制多稳态机构样机十余部。

英文摘要: The study of multistable compliant mechanisms is one of the hot research topics and front area in the research community of compliant mechanisms. However, most of the research so far is focused on bistable mechanisms. Considering the wide applications of compliant mechanisms with three stable positions both in macro systems and MEMS, we conducted a comprehensive research on synthesis and design methodology of tristable mechanisms, which includes: double tensural tristable mechanism, tristable mechanisms employing orthogonal compliant mechanisms, double Young tristable mechanisms, metamorphic five-bar tristable mechanisms, and compliant Sarrus tristable mechanisms, etc. In addition to the research plan, a few synthesis approaches for multistable compliant mechanisms with more than 3 stable positions have been proposed as an extension of this research. The use of multistable mechanisms in achieving static balancing and gravity compensation have also been studied. This research have yielded 7 issued Chinese patent, and 20 research papers, among which 10 papers have been indexed by SCI and 15 papers have been indexed by EI.
