中文摘要: 最近,项目申请人在研究中发现:特定形状的磁致伸缩弹性体在高频交变磁场中可像蛇一样移动(称为蛇移运动),这是一种全新的无线无源的运动方式。这种新的运动机理将会在很多工程领域带来革命性成果。本项目旨在利用蛇移特性,研发一项全新的无线、无源、在人体内通过蛇移运动到达癌症肿瘤靶标,利用涡流释热灭杀癌症肿瘤的微型生物导弹技术,为医生和癌症患者提供一种操作简单、廉价、有效的物理治疗技术,为国家节约大量医疗资源,为患者家庭节省高额医疗费用。本项目在研究中拟揭示磁致伸缩弹性体在交变磁场中发生蛇移现象的物理原因和动力学本质;完善微型生物导弹结构的优化设计;建立高频电磁场对微型生物导弹温度精准控制的理论和技术;建立高频电磁场控制微型生物导弹运动的导控理论和技术。通过上述研究,将在热疗法治疗癌症肿瘤技术上取得新突破,在无线无源的运动方式上创建新技术、填补新理论.

英文摘要: Very recently, the project principal investigator found that: a specific shape of the magnetostrictive elastic body can move like a snake in the high frequency alternating magnetic field .The move was named as "Snake Movement". It is a brand new type of wireless and passive movement. This new mechanism will bring revolutionary achievements in many engineering fields. The purpose of this project is to develop a low cost, wireless control micro scale biological missile technology for killing cancer tumors by adapting the principle of "Snake Movement". With the characteristic of Snake Movement, the micro scale biological missile, precisely controlled by high frequency alternating magnetic field, is able to move inside a human body for killing the cancer tumors by using the eddy heat released from the micro scale biological missile. The development of the micro scale biological missile technology provides doctors and patients a simple, cheap, and effective thermal therapy technique. Such technology will save a plenty of medical resources for government and also be relieved from high medical cost for patients and their families.
