中文摘要: 对运动功能治疗效果的科学评价是康复医学和信息工程领域亟待解决的重要问题。本项目以医学评价方法和信息处理技术为基础,开展基于多元运动特征的上肢运动功能评价方法研究。研究目标和主要内容有:1)构建上肢运动综合信息采集平台。获取上肢动作时的运动生物力学信息和生物电信息,完成信息的筛选、重构和消噪。2)实现运动信息的特征分类和信度融合。分别采用多域滤波、模糊推理方法和排列组合熵、支持向量数据描述方法,对两类信息进行特征分类,并实现匹配分数融合。3)提出上肢运动功能评价方法。引入医学评价指标,优化可信度权值,利用融合分析结果,提出上肢运动功能评价指标,并建立该指标与医学指标之间的联系,实现康复评价。本项目将脑电等生物电信号融入运动功能评价体系,从而使评价方法由单纯的肢体运动层面上升到反映大脑神经控制的运动-控制层面。这对于加深对康复科学应用的理解,促进康复机器人研发和提高残疾人生活质量具有重要意义。

英文摘要: Scientific assessment of motor function rehabilitation is a considerable issue in the areas of rehabilitation medicine and information engineering. Assessment methodology of motor function for upper limb based on multiple motion features is carried out in this project. The research objectives and the main content: 1) Construct the motion information acquisition platform for upper limb. Sports biomechanics information and bioelectricity information are acquired during the movement of upper limb. The information is filtered, reconstructed and denoised. 2) Realize feature separation and credibility fusion of the motion information. Feature separation of the two kinds of information is realized by using multidomain filtering, fuzzy reasoning method and permutation entropy, SVDD method separately. Then the information is processed by matching scores fusion. 3) Propose the assessment methodology of motor function for upper limb. The credibility weight of the information is optimized by introducing medical evaluation index. And the assessment index of motor function for upper limb is proposed by using the fusion analysis result. Then the interrelation of the proposed motor function index and the medical index is built to achieve the rehabilitation evaluation. This project integrated bioelectricity signals like EEG into
