中文摘要: 荷电镶嵌膜同时带有阳离子和阴离子交换基团,其荷电容量是制约膜分离性能的关键因素。项目采用活性/可控聚合技术:将两性离子聚合物接枝到无机纳米片状材料(包括:水滑石和蒙脱土)之表面,形成带有正负两种电荷的纳米尺度离子交换材料,然后将其添加到聚醚砜和磺化聚醚砜膜材料中,通过相转化法制备杂化荷电镶嵌膜。主要研究内容包括:水滑石和蒙脱土等系列无机纳米片层材料的制备;纳米片层表面可控聚合接枝系列两性离子聚合物;离子交换容量的确定及杂化荷电镶嵌膜的调控制备;荷电容量对镶嵌膜传递机理及分离性能的影响。

英文摘要: Charged mosaic membrane contains both anion and cation exchange groups, and the contents as well as the equivalent of these groups are important parameters which affect the characteristics of the mosaic membrane. In this proposal,the living/ controlled polymerization technique is applied for grafting different zwitterionic polymers onto the surface of inorganic nansheet materials, including hydrotalcite (HT) and montmorillonite (MMT). And then, the grafted nanosheets are added into polyethersulfone (PES) and sulphonated PES casting solution to prepare the hybrid charged mosaic membrane via phase inversion method. The main contents are studied as follows:(1)The preparation of inorganic nanosheet materials, HT and MMT; (2) The preparation of different zwitterionic polymers onto the surface of HT and MMT nanosheets via the controlled radical polymerization; (3) The determination of ion exchange capacity of the grafted zwitterionic polymers and the preparation of inorganic-organic hybrid mosaic membrane;(4)The investigation on the effect of charged capacity on the transfer mechanism and separation ability of the charged mosaic membrane.
