中文摘要： 信息技术的飞速发展使虚拟联盟的构建突破了地理位置局限，促进了成员间知识快速获取和共享。然而共享知识的受阻滞以及传输通道变形带来的过滤失真，严重影响了虚拟联盟合作伙伴间信任关系的建立和维护，动摇了联盟存在的根基，反过来又进一步阻碍了成员间知识的有效共享，许多非技术性因素导致成员间知识共享面临社会困境。本课题认为从社会困境产生的微观机理上寻求破解方法是提高知识共享效率，促进联盟"多赢"和进一步协调发展的有效途径。因此，本课题首先从虚拟联盟内知识共享特性及影响因素着手，寻找导致困境的潜在变量及其相互关系；其次构建知识供给困境博弈模型、知识交易困境博弈模型、知识共享收益分配困境博弈模型和知识共享合作者选择困境模型来探究困境形成的内在机理，藉此寻求破解方法；最后基于结构方程模型对上述破解方法进行实证检验和优化。通过这些研究阐释了虚拟联盟内部知识共享社会困境形成机制，为虚拟联盟可持续发展提供了新思路。

英文摘要： With the rapid development of information technology, the construction of virtual alliance has broken through the limitation of time and space, which promotes the acquiring and sharing of knowledge quickly. However, they are faced with many social dilemmas caused by non-technical factors. Block and filtering distortion of knowledge sharing caused by transmission tunnel deformation have affected the trust relationship among partners and shake the fundamentals of virtual alliance. Moreover, this situation will hinder the knowledge sharing in return among partners.We think that it is an effective way for improving the knowledge sharing, achieving multi-win and promoting the harmonious development of virtual alliance to discover the breaking method based on the micro mechanism of social dilemma. So, firstly,we find the potential variables and their interrelations through characteristics and impact factors of knowledge sharing in virtual alliance. Secondly, the knowledge supply dilemma model, knowledge bargaining dilemma model,profit-distribution dilemma model and partners-selecting dilemma model are constructed respectively to look into the micro mechanism of social dilemma and find the breaking methods.lastly, these breaking methods are tested and verified through structural equation model.
