中文摘要: 提出一种全光纤结构SPR传感系统,即将偏振器,传感器集成在一根光纤上,实现光纤集成一体化SPR传感系统。偏振器、传感器均采用光纤制作,器件之间采用低损熔接技术连接。采用金属覆层制作保偏光纤偏振器,与缠绕型、双折射晶体型等其他类型的光纤偏振器相比,金属覆层结构的光纤偏振器具有消光比高、与应用系统中其他光纤匹配性好、损耗小、制作工艺简单的特点。采用光纤制做SPR传感器,研究在线传输式、终端反射式等不同结构、不同金属膜层的SPR传感器。使用光纤纤芯作为激发SPR效应的载体,在光纤纤芯上沉积一层金属薄膜,形成SPR传感结构,固定入射光角度,以改变光源波长来检测金属表面物质特性的改变。与传统的棱镜SPR传感器相比,光纤型SPR传感器适合远程遥测场合,SPR信号不易受到机械结构、光源波动等外界因素影响。因此SPR光纤传感器的研究和应用都有着很大的潜在价值。

英文摘要: An all-fiber SPR sensor system is proposed, that is, polarizer and sensor are integrated in an optical fiber in order to achieve SPR sensing system of fiber integrated. Polarizers and sensors are all made of optical fiber. And connections between the devices are low-loss of splicing technology. Metal layer is Use to make optical fiber polarizer. Compared with the wound type, birefringent crystal type and other types of fiber polarizer, this structure polarizer has character of high extinction, low loss, Simple production process and good matching with other fiber in application system. SPR sensor is also made of optical fiber. Different structures, (such as online transmission type, terminal reflective and so on) and different metal layer of the SPR sensor are studied. Using the fiber core as a carrier to stimulate the SPR effect, a layer of metal layer is deposited on the fiber core. Fixing incident angle, the change of the characterization of material on metal surfaces is detected by altering the wavelength of light source. Compared with the traditional prism SPR sensor, fiber SPR sensor is suitable for remote telemetry occasions.
