中文摘要: 男性不育症是临床常见病,弱精子症是导致男性不育症的主要原因之一。课题组在临床前期观察灵归方治疗弱精子症安全有效,能够提高精子活力;结合弱精子症发病机制的最新进展,认为L-肉碱与弱精子症的发生密切相关;本研究将从L-肉碱信号通道探讨灵归方治疗弱精子症的可能作用机制。课题组采用目前较公认的弱精子症大鼠模型,灵归方干预12周后,检测精浆中L-肉碱、大鼠的精子活力、附睾内肉碱转运蛋白及附睾超微结构变化。探讨灵归方治疗弱精子症的可能作用机制,为补肾活血法治疗弱精子症提供进一步的理论基础。

英文摘要: Male infertility is a common disease, and asthenospermia is one of the main causes of male infertility. In the clinical practice,the research group found that Ling Gui Fang treatment asthenospermia safely and effectively, could improve sperm motility; latest researches find that L-carnitine is closely related to occurrence of asthenospermia. This study will investigate mechanism of Ling Gui Fang treatment asthenospermia from the L-carnitine normalized signal path. Researcher group will adopt recognized rat model at present, and etect seminal plasma in L - carnitine, rat sperm vitality, epididymal carnitine transporters and ultrastructural changes of epididymis by 12 weeks after intervention. Exploring possible mechanism of the Ling Gui Fang treatment asthenospermia to provide new theoretical support for further clinical applications.
