中文摘要: 螺环类分子开关和聚集诱导发光(AIE)分子是在传感检测领域有优异性能和广泛应用的两类刺激响应功能分子。本项目创新性的将具有AIE性质的四苯基乙烯和噁唑啉(螺吡喃)分子开关有机结合,设计出新型的多刺激响应功能分子开关,通过合适的取代基修饰调控分子的开关性能,研究溶液和固体状态下各种刺激手段单独或协同作用对开关分子光学性能的影响和调控,明确分子内在发光机制,研究并掌握分子在各种状态间可逆转化的控制方法,进一步对分子进行亲水及生物相容性修饰,结合AIE行为带来的荧光点亮及可逆开关环带来的不同荧光发射之间可逆转换的性质,开发此类分子在超分辨生物荧光成像上的应用。

英文摘要: Spiro-molecular switches and aggregation induced emission (AIE) molecules are two types of stimuli-responsive functional molecules, which are widely used in sensing and detection with outstanding performances. In this proposal, original multi-stimuli responsive molecular switches of tetraphenylethylene (an AIE molecule) functionalized spirooxazoline (spiropyran) are designed. The optical response of these molecules upon various stimuli will be investigated in both solution and solid state. Effects of electron donating/withdrawing substituents on the responsive performances will be discussed. Approaches to reversibly switch the molecules between different optical states will be explored and the mechanism of fluorescence emission will be identified. Further, the molecules will be modified with hydrophilic and biological compatible groups to explore their application in super-high resolution fluorescence imaging by combinding the fluorescence "turn on" property of tetraphenylethylene and the fluorescence switching property from the spiro-molecular switch.
