中文摘要: 基于国际上纳米光子学、表面等离子体激元亚波长光学和超快光学等前沿领域的已有成果以及高密度光栅的潜在应用,本项目拟对光波经微纳米光栅的近场衍射与类泰伯效应以及超快现象的物理机理进行研究。利用理论分析、实验测量和数值计算相结合的方法研究微纳米光栅的近场衍射特性与规律。基于格林定理理论分析和数值计算光栅的近场衍射,标定近场内光栅类泰伯效应存在的条件与空间域。利用傅立叶变换与合成研究超快激光照明下光栅的近场衍射,探索近场超快类泰伯效应及其随光栅参数与超快脉宽的演化规律。基于Drude模型和有限时域差分法研究表面等离子体激元在微纳米金属光栅的近场衍射与类泰伯效应中的增强特性,探索超快激光照明下表面等离子体激元的激发以及超快脉冲的时域衍射特性。本项目对拓宽微纳米光栅的近场应用以及促进超快近场显微术的发展具有重要的基础意义。

英文摘要: Based on the achievements of the current frontier fields, such as the nanooptics,the surface plasmon subwavelenght optics and the ultrafast optics, and the potential applications of the high-density grating, the near-field diffractions of the micrometer and nanometer gratings, and the quasi-Talbot effect and its ultrafast phenomena are investgated in this project. The study about the characteristics the near-field diffraction of the grating can be conducted through the thereotical analysis, the experimental measurement and the numerical calculation.The existence condition and spacial region of the quasi-Talbot effect of the grating are also presented. The ultrafast behaviours can be studied by use of the Fourier transformation technology. The variation of the Talbot effect with the grating parameters and the film thickness can be obtained. The effect of Surface Plamons which exists the interface of the metal and dielectric medium on the Talbot effect of the grating is discussed. The work of this project will be significant for encouraging the near-field applications of the micrometer and nanometer grating and the development of the ultrafast near-field microscopy.
