中文摘要: 针对航天器高可靠性长寿命的国家重大科技需求,开展质子辐照对TiNi合金微观组织结构、马氏体相变以及形状记忆特性的影响规律及微观机制研究。项目核心科学问题在于:研究辐照质子与TiNi合金交互作用的物理过程,建立辐照质子在TiNi合金中的能量及质量沉积物理模型,揭示质子辐照诱发缺陷和新相的形成及演化机理;查明质子辐照对TiNi合金马氏体马氏体相变特征的影响规律,建立缺陷与晶格原子耦合作用模型,揭示辐照缺陷作用下的马氏体相变机制;研究质子辐照对TiNi合金力学行为以及形状记忆特性的影响规律,结合微观组织分析,阐明质子辐照影响TiNi合形状记忆特性的内在本质。

英文摘要: In the present study, microstructure, martensitic transformation behavior and shape memory properties of the proton irradiated TiNi alloys will be carried out to meet the requirement of high reliability and long lifetime of space vehicle. The key scientific problem of the project is to reveal the interaction between high energy proton and TiNi alloys, build the physical model to understand the transportation process of energy and weight of energetic proton particles in TiNi alloys,then a model will be established to reveal the formation and evolution mechanism of defects and new phase induced by the high energy proton irradiation. Moreover,the effect of proton irradiation on the martensitic transformation characterisitics will be systematically investigated and the model for the coupling effect betwween the defects and lattice atom of TiNi alloys will be build to understand the mechanism of martensitic transformation under the irradiation defects.Furthermore,the influence of proton irradiation on mechanical properties and shape memory behavior will be studied, and the behind mechanism will be clarified based on the microstructure evolution during irradiation.
