中文摘要: 对于移动互联网中的移动视频广播业务,本课题基于像素值的实数表示对信道噪声的有效抵抗特性,研究和探索具有适应无线移动时变特性的移动视频广播的传输方法。从实数值表示、实值视频信号处理、发送信号设计与接收算法三个方面进行研究,(1)提出视频信号实数值表示方法,提出对实数值表示的视频序列分量的对应功率分配优化模型和优化算法;(2)提出实数域上进行视频信号处理的压缩感知压缩算法,提出无码率的模拟喷泉码生成方法;(3)提出实值信号与OFDM传输符号的映射准则和映射方法、提出实值信号压缩感知的信号重建算法及其理论特性评估、提出无码率的模拟喷泉码的接收算法及其理论特性评估、提出基于部分正确包的软判决接收方案及其性能评估等。本课题旨在解决移动视频广播传输对无线信道时变特性的适应性,以及为用户提供区分的视频质量的问题,为移动互联网中移动视频业务的推广做出贡献。

英文摘要: For the mobile video broadcasting (MVB) service in Mobile Internet, based on the inherent anti-noise features of the real expression of the pixel values, this proposal proposes a MVB transmission scheme, which can adapt to the time-varying characteristics of wireless channel due to fading and moving. We will address the problem from the real expression, real video signal processing, and the transmitting signal design and receiving method. We will propose the real expression method of the video sequence, and propose an optimization model and method to control the power of the real expression of the video sequence. We will propose the compressive sensing algorithm to process the video signal in real number field, and propose the generating method of rateless real field fountain code.We will propose the mapping criterion and method between real signals and OFDM transmission symbols, and propose the signal reconstruction algorithms for the compressive sensing of the real signals and the evaluation of its theory characteristics, and propose the receiving method for the rateless analog fountain code, and propose the receiving scheme of partial packets based on soft-decision and performance evaluation methods.This proposal will address the problems that MVB transmission schemes can adapt to the time-varying characteris
