中文摘要: 随着核工业的发展,对核废料妥善的处理成为核电的安全性评判的一个重要指标受到人们广泛的重视。在我国,硼硅酸盐玻璃被选作高放废物的固化体材料。放射性废物固化体都处在强辐射、高温等苛刻的环境。如此恶劣的条件对玻璃固化体的稳定性提出了挑战。本工作拟使用重离子辐照硼硅酸玻璃模拟放射性废物的α放射性对固化体的损伤过程。通过不同辐照剂量模拟不同成分硼硅酸盐玻璃抗α辐照性能。使用纳米硬度、扫描透射电镜、拉曼、红外、X射线衍射以及电子自旋共振等测试手段测量辐照后的宏观性能:硬度和微观性能:键角、桥氧浓度、Qn族和缺陷变化。得到硼硅酸玻璃的性质随辐照剂量的演化曲线。通过分子动力学模拟得到硼硅酸玻璃微观性能:键长、键角、环尺寸和玻璃的宏观性质:密度、硬度。进而得到辐照条件下玻璃固化体损伤模型。

英文摘要: With development of nuclear industry,the deposition of nuclear waste is one of critical indexes for the safety of nuclear power plant which attracts comprehensive attention. The borosilicate glass is regarded as candidate material to vitrify highly-level waste in China. The stability of borosilicate glass is challenged by the wicked environment such as: high temperature, high level of irradiation. In this work, the damage by α decay in the borosilicate glass is simulated by the process of heavy ions irradiating borosilicate glass. The borosilicate glass with different component will be irradiated by heavy ions. The properties of borosilicate glass such as: hardness, bond angle, Qn ratio, defect and density of bridge of oxygen will be measured via nanoindentor, SEM, TEM, Raman spectroscopy, infrared spectroscopy, XRD, EPR. One can obtain how the properties of irradiated borosilicate glass evolve with irradiation fluence. The relation between the micro properties: bond angle, ring size and bond angle and the macro properties: hardness will be simulated via molecular dynamics. Furthermore, a model will be introduced to evaluate the effect of the irradiation damage induced by α decay on the properties of borosilicate glass.
