中文摘要: 真菌在生物圈的生物地球化学循环中扮演着重要角色,与含矿质元素的基质之间存在相互作用关系。云南野生食用菌产量占全世界一半以上,是牛肝菌等野生菌资源最丰富的地区之一。牛肝菌中矿质元素含量与地质背景密切相关,但其作用机理、分布模式、积累特征等尚未明确。本项目拟在采集2011-2016年云南及周边地区美味牛肝菌、绒柄牛肝菌、小美牛肝菌、灰褐牛肝菌、双色牛肝菌、栗色牛肝菌、华丽牛肝菌、远东疣柄牛肝菌、黄皮小疣柄牛肝菌、皱盖疣柄牛肝菌等10种常见牛肝菌及生长土壤的基础上,采用化学计量学思路和多元统计方法,应用ICP-MS、ICP-AES、AAS等仪器测定子实体不同部位及其生长土壤中19种矿质元素含量。分析元素从土壤到子实体不同部位的转移和积累规律,明确牛肝菌矿质元素的化学计量特征;探讨环境影响牛肝菌矿质元素积累的作用机理,为牛肝菌食用安全作出科学评价。

英文摘要: Fungi have important biogeochemical roles in the biosphere. There are interaction relationships between fungi and mineral-containing substrates. Edible mushrooms from Yunnan, which is one of the most abundant regions of wild growing mushrooms such as boletes, accounts for more than half of the world's production. Mineral contents in Bolete mushrooms are impacted by geological background, however, the mechanism, distribution pattern, accumulation characteristics are still unclear. This project attempt to collect fruiting bodies of Boletus edulis, Boletus tomentipes, Boletus speciosus, Boletus griseus, Boletus bicolor, Boletus umbriniporus, Boletus magnificus, Leccinum extremiorientale Leccinellum crocipodium and Leccinum rugosiceps 10 kinds of common boletes, as well as soil from Yunnan and nearby regions on 2011-2016, then determine the contents of the mineral elements in different parts of the fruiting bodies and soil, and analysis the mobilization and accumulation rules of mineral elements from soil to fruiting bodies, using the theory of stoichiometry, the methodology of multivariate statistical analysis and the instrument of ICP-MS, ICP-AES and AAS. The results will give a clear view on the stoichiometry character of mineral elements in bolete and the mechanism by which environmental impact and make a scientific assessment for edible safety.
