中文摘要: 钙钛矿氧化物是重要的功能材料,具有灵活的可“人工裁剪”的设计特点,应用领域广阔,然而,由于未能从根本上理解固体材料的生长机理,难以根据应用性能的要求,目标制备钙钛矿氧化物。本项目在分析制约固体材料生长机理研究的关键因素(反应动力学和反应过程)的基础上,提出以无机盐辅助和光场辅助水热法制备Ti基钙钛矿氧化物ATiO3(A = Ca, Ba, Sr, Pb)和AxA′1-xTiO3固溶体为突破口;设计和搭建基于同步辐射光源的原位测试装置;结合原位小角X-射线散射(SAXS)/X-射线衍射(XRD)/X-射线吸收精细结构(XAFS)研究钙钛矿氧化物在水热反应条件下的生长过程和生长机理;探讨不同无机盐添加剂、外加紫外光场和不同的前躯体元素对水热反应过程的影响,为探索控制固体材料水热生长的一般规律提供科学依据。

英文摘要: Perovskite oxides are very important functional materials and have quite flexible structural characterizations. Therefore, they have wide applications. However, as the growth mechanisms of solid state materials are still not understood ultimately, it is quite difficult to realize the targeted synthesis of perovskite oxides according to the application requirements. In the present project, we propose inorganic additive and optical field-assistant hydrothermal methods to synthesize of Ti based perovskite oxides ATiO3(A = Ca, Ba, Sr, Pb)and AxA′1-xTiO3 solid solutions; an in situ cell based on synchrotron radiation will be designed and constructed; the hydrothermal formation process and mechanisms of perovskite oxides will be investigated by combining small-angle X-ray scattering (SAXS), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and X-ray absorption fine structure (XAFS); the influences of inorganic additives, ultraviolet light and different precursor elements on the hydrothermal reaction process will be discussed. We expect the results obtained from this project can provide scientific guide to develop general rule for controllable hydrothermal synthesis of solid state materials.
