中文摘要: p53抑癌基因是人类恶性肿瘤中最常见的突变基因,几乎参与所有肿瘤的发生发展。本项目针对p53抑癌基因的理化结构在防止恶性肿瘤发生发展中发挥关键作用这一科学问题,采用理论研究与数据分析相结合的研究方法,系统开展p53抑癌基因的分子调控机制数学建模及其算法研究。 其核心研究内容包括以下三个方面:1、进行p53抑癌基因的结构分析和表达指标的数学描述的研究;2、基于代数中的同态思想和数据挖掘中的分层聚类算法,构造出p53抑癌基因突变的分子结构,建立其分子调控机制的离散数学模型- - -粒度商空间;3、借助经典的CM等分类指标函数,结合我们所赋予的实验数据的特征权值,对该模型的分层聚类算法进行设计,提出有效性函数DECM并进行计算机仿真研究。 最终目标是构建一个完善的分析生物序列的数学模型及其应用算法,实现利用数学理论与方法的研究为人类恶性肿瘤防治提供理论依据与应用建议的价值,从而达到造福于人类的目的。

英文摘要: p53 oncogene is the most common mutant gene in human malignant tumor, which is involved in the occurrence and development of almost all tumors. In view of the scientific problem that the physical and chemical structure of p53 oncogene plays an important role in preventing the occurrence and development of malignant tumor, this project mainly focuses on the mathematical modelling and algorithm design research about the molecular regulation mechanism of p53 oncogene by using the methods combined theoretical research and data analysis. Its core research contents include the following three aspects: First, the structure analysis and mathematical description of the expression index for p53 oncogene are established. Second, we construct the molecular structure for p53 oncogene and establish the discrete mathematic model for its molecular regulation mechanism, that is,granular quotient space, by using the idea of homomorphism of algebra and the hierarchical clustering algorithm of data mining . Third, according to some classic classification index functions such as CM,we present validity function DECM to the hierarchical granular algorithm of the model with feature weights in the experimental data and do computer simulation research.
