中文摘要: 多环芳烃(PAHs)是一类广泛存在于海洋环境中的持久性有机污染物,是人们最早认识到的具有致癌性、致突变性的有机化合物。面向海洋中PAHs的现场定量研究目前仍属空白。表面增强拉曼光谱(SERS)技术是可以探测单分子拉曼光谱的一种高灵敏检测手段,具有操作简便、灵敏度高、信息含量丰富、准确率高等优点,可以实现现场探测。本项目拟将SERS技术与固体萃取技术(SPE)相结合,通过试制超高灵敏度纳米材料,研制新型SERS-SPE固体萃取装置,实现海水中PAHs的原位富集和高灵敏度SERS光谱探测。考虑到海洋中PAHs多组分的存在及海洋环境因素的影响,采用先进的数据挖掘技术-偏最小二乘法结合支持向量机(PLS-SVM)算法,建立一套适用于海洋中多组分PAHs污染物的快速、现场定量分析的新方法。并组装SERS-SPE现场探测系统,完成海洋中PAHs现场实验与定量检测方法的验证。

英文摘要: Polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) are persistence organic pollutants which are widely distributing in the environment. They are hypertoxic, enduring, long-distance migration, high bio-accumulation of storage and they are the earliest known cancerogenic and mutagenic organic compound. Quantitative in-situ determination of PAHs in the sea is still a blank at present. Surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy (SERS) can fill in this blank since it has many advantages, such as high sensitivity, easy to operate, rich in information and high determination accuracy. In this project, to fufill the goal of in-situ preconcentration of PAHs in seawater, solid phase extraction (SPE) will be combined with SERS. The ultra sensitivity of SERS nanoparticles will be prepared, the SERS-SPE column will be developed, and the SERS specta of common PAHs in seawater will be detected and analyzed. Considering the effect between PAHs and the impact of marine environment, the partial least square-support vector machine (PLS-SVM) method which is one of most advanced data mining technique will be applied in this project and a quantitive analysis method for the detection of PAHs in seawater will be developed. The in-situ SERS-SPE spectral sensor will be assembled and be applied in the field to test and revise the quantitive analysis method.
