中文摘要: 颗粒混合特性是气固流化床复杂研究体系中的共性科学问题之一,对于流化床的设计和结构参数的优化具有重要的学术意义和工程指导价值,是工程热物理与能源利用学科重要的基础研究问题。本项目针对"十二五"大力发展可燃固体废弃规模化利用的国家重大需求,提出开展异型颗粒的在流化床中的多尺度混合机理专题研究。放射性颗粒示踪是目前国际上公认最有效的研究流化床内颗粒混合行为的实验手段之一,本项目通过发展"安全核素标记-双快速γCCD耦合成像"的放射性颗粒示踪新方法,实现对流化床内颗粒运动和传递的非接触式三维实时捕获;同时提出颗粒混合特征的科学数理表征方法,阐明颗粒的多尺度混合机制,建立颗粒混合特性与颗粒物性参数、设备结构参数、操作参数和流动结构之间的内在联系。其研究成果有望建立一套具有创新性的异型颗粒混合特性的科学实验方法,丰富研究手段;揭示可燃固体废弃流化床异型颗粒复杂的运动和传递机制,提高认知水平。

英文摘要: The particle mixing characteristics is considered as one of the most important common problems of the researches on gas-soild fluidized bed. The investigation of particle mixing can be great help to the design and parameter optimization of fluidized bed in both academic signification and engineering application. Besides, it's a fundamental research of thermodynamic and energy utilization as well.This proposal is based on the even increasing demands of developing large-scale flammable solid waste treatment methods in China,according to the Twelfth Five-year National Development Plan. The investigation is specifically focusing on the mixing mechanism of irregularly particles in solid waste fluidized bed. Radiotracer technology is recognized as one of the most effective experimental methods to measure the particle mixing behavor with a fluidized bed. A novel radiotracer measurement method 'Innocuous radionuclide labeling - dual high speed γcamera coupled image composition method' was proposed, with significant advantages of non-interference, 3D imaging,real-time data collecting and etc. With this new method, an improved mathematical representation of particle mixing characteristics would be developed to analysis the mixing mechanism of irregularly particles.
