中文摘要: 飞行器集群的指挥控制问题是大规模航空作战的一个亟待解决的重要问题,鉴于航空飞行器集群与生物集群的相似性,拟将生物集群智能引入航空飞行器集群系统指挥控制中,探索航空集群作战指挥控制新方法。在研究生物集群智能涌现机理的基础上,着重探讨集群智能涌现与局部规则、规则参与度之间的关系,突破集群智能涌现从量变到质变的定量描述难题,提出集群智能的诱导控制方法,探寻集群智能涌现控制的关键途径;综合考虑航空飞行器集群典型行为模式、信息传递与决策模式,主要研究集群智能涌现诱导控制方法在航空飞行器集群系统指挥控制中的应用问题,最终提出航空飞行器集群指挥控制方法与策略,并对集群系统控制的稳定性与收敛性等基本问题进行分析。本项目的开展及其预期成果,可为航空飞行器集群的军事应用提供必要理论基础,也将进一步完善集群智能理论,为大规模复杂系统控制问题研究提供技术支撑,具有重要的军事效益及工程技术应用价值。

英文摘要: The command and control(C2) of an aviation aircraft swarm is an imperative problem that needs to be solved. In the light of the similarity between aircraft swarms and biological swarms, this proposal will introduce biological swarm intelligence into the command and control of an aiviation aircraft swarm system, so as to explore new command and control methods. On the basis of an in-depth investigation into the mechanism of swarm intelligence emergence, we will focus on the relationships between swarm intelligence emergence and local rules, rule-involution degree. The quantitative description of swarm intelligence emergence from quantitative change to qualitative change will be presented. The induction control method of swarm intelligence will be proposed to find the key to the swarm intelligence emergence control. By comprehensively considering typical behavior modes, information transfer and decision modes of aircraft swarms, we will focus on the application of swarm intelligence emergence control methods to the command and control of aircraft swarm systems. To this end, control methods and strategies of command and control of aircraft swarms will be finally presented. Basic problems, such as stability and convergence of the swarm system control methods, will also be analyzed. The work of this project will provide necessary theoretical foundations for military applications of aircraft swarms and will further improve the swarm intelligence theory to provide technical supports for large-scale complicated system control. This is of significant military meanings and engineering technical application values.
