中文摘要: 作为Au纳米光热疗材料的替代品,具有近红外等离子体共振吸收(LSPR)的掺杂半导体材料如CuxS等是纳米诊疗材料的研究热点之一。如何最大的提高纳米材料的光热转换效率,从而降低激光辐射强度和减低材料使用剂量,是提高其有效性和安全性的关键。本项目拟在前期研究的基础上,通过制备一系列LSPR可调的功能纳米复合材料CuxS-Au,系统研究该材料体系中Au纳米颗粒对CuxS光吸收和光热转换的增强作用,并探索其增强机制。对该材料经靶向修饰后在细胞和组织层面上的肿瘤CT成像和光热疗效果进行评估,系统评价不同组织深度下,近红外一区和二区光热治疗的有效性。并进一步构建集多模式(CT/MRI)影像和光热疗功能于一体的CuxS-Au-Fe3O4纳米诊疗材料。此项目的顺利展开和完成将填补高效、安全近红外二区光热疗材料研究的空白,为具有LSPR特性的纳米材料应用于光热疗、光伏和光催化的设计和优化提供借鉴和指导。

英文摘要: As alternative materials to Au nanocrystals for photothermal therapy, highly doped semiconductors possessing localized surface-Plasmon resonance (LSPR) in the NIR region have become a research hotspot in the last few years.How to enhance the photothermal conversion efficiency to the largest extent, so that administered nanoparticle quantity and laser irradiation power can be minimized, is the key for safe and efficient therapy.In this project, we propose synthesizing CuxS-Au composite material with controlled LSPR,study enhanced absorption and photothermal conversion of CuxS due to the presence of Au, and explore the mechanism underlying the enhancement. After further surface modification with targeting moieties, the CuxS-Au composite material will be used for CT imaging along with photothermal therapy, and the photothermal efficiency in the first and second NIR optical window will be systematically evaluated at different tissue depth. Finally, CuxS-Au-Fe3O4 will be constructed for combined multimodal imaging (CT/MRI) and therapy applications. Completing the proposed work will fill in the blank of highly efficient and safe photothermal agents in the second NIR window,and the mechanistic understanding can guide future material design for LSPR enhanced photothermal, photocatalysis and photovoltaics applications.
