中文摘要: 针对2012年在福建沿海致大量鲍鱼死亡、造成了巨大经济损失的米氏凯伦藻赤潮,在前期研究基础上,本文提出米氏凯伦藻可能通过在生长旺盛期产生毒性物质或活性氧,在衰退期产生某种次生代谢产物,导致鲍鱼死亡的机制假设。本文拟通过现场实验与室内研究相结合进行验证和修正这一假设,研究米氏凯伦藻赤潮对皱纹盘鲍生命活动的主要胁迫机制,以及米氏凯伦藻赤潮造成的生态影响,以掌握米氏凯伦藻赤潮对皱纹盘鲍的的毒性来源和机制,为福建沿海鲍鱼养殖业提出相应的减灾措施,同时将对米氏凯伦藻赤潮的危害机制提供更全面的认识,为保障沿海地区的可持续发展和生态安全提供科学依据。

英文摘要: During May and June in 2012 , toxic blooms of Karenia mikimotoi bloom occured in the coastal sea areas of Fujian Province, and were responsible for massive mortalities of abalones and huge economic losses. Based on our preliminary study,we proposed two hypothesis about this event: K. mikimotoi may produce some toxic substances or active oxygen in the exponential phase, and some specific secondary metabolites in the death phase. First,we will carry out some investigations in the field and laboratory for the verification and correction of this hypothesis.Second, we will pose the main threat mechanisms of K. mikimotoi on the physiological features of abalones. Additionally, we will discover the adverse effects of K. mikimotoi on some key species in the ecosystem, to discuss the ecological influences of K. mikimotoi bloom. At last, this research will analyze the special toxic substances released by this alga and related mechanisms on abalones, Haliotis discus hannai. We hope to propose the relevant mitigation measures for the coastal abalone aquaculture, and provide some more comprehensive understandings for the research of coastal K. mikimotoi bloom in the world, and scientific basis on sustainable development and ecological security.
