中文摘要: 郯庐断裂是中国东部规模最大的深大断裂,同时也是一条重要的发震构造,历史上1668年在山东郯城发生过8.5级特大地震。东北段依兰-伊通断裂历史上没有6级以上地震记载,一般认为是第四纪早期活动断裂,为中强地震发震构造。申请者首次在黑龙江段和吉林段发现晚更新世以来活动证据,并有历史地震地表破裂带。上述新发现如果能够被进一步证实的话,将彻底改变了对东北地区地震危险性的根本认识。本申请拟通过对依兰-伊通断裂黑龙江方正段和吉林舒兰段晚第四纪活动性的定量研究,其它段落的活动性调查,评价断裂未来地震危险性,为地震灾害预防提供科学依据。同时对断裂带自身的构造地貌的特征和两侧的宏观地貌演化历史开展研究,结合松辽盆地和三江盆地形成演化历史的研究以及东北地区活动火山的研究结果,探讨依兰-伊通断裂活动对东北地区构造地貌和深部地质过程的控制作用。

英文摘要: The Tancheng-Lujiang (Tanlu in brief) fault zone is the largest one in eastern China, where the M81/2 earthquake occurred nearby Tancheng, Shandong Province in 1668. While history records no M?6 events along the northeastern section of this fault zone So far it is generally considered that the Yilan-Yitong fault was active in the early Quaternary and bears no potential of great shocks. The applicant first discovered the evidence of its activity in the Holocene, and further inferred that it is associated with a paleoearthquake event. This discovery may change the existing recognition of the latest active age and largest seismic risk of this faul if more active proofs can be found.The application will apprase the future earthquake risk and provide scientific proofs for preventing earthquake disaster through quantitative research in FangZhen segment of Heilongjiang province and Shulan segmeng of Jilin province. The structure geomorgraphy process controlled by YiLan-YiTong fault and deep geological process will be disscussed based on results of Songliao and Sanjiang basins evolution.
