中文摘要: 通过对我国近海和各大洋表层及深海水体和沉积物中分离到的628株食烷菌进行系统的比较分析,发现了29株潜在的食烷菌新种,同时发现有5个种的食烷菌在大洋中占优势。特别是其中的威尼斯食烷菌近源的菌株分别最为广泛,种类也最为多样,本课题拟对其中的一株菌开展全基因完成图和转录组测序分析,同时测定所有新种的全基因组框架图,系统开展比较基因组研究,同时设计引物研究食烷菌在各大洋中的原位多样性,这些结果将加深对食烷菌属在分子进化、生态分布与烃类等方面的认识。本课题将同时开展长链烷烃降解菌富集分离鉴定和多样性分析。研究结果有助于开发利用降解菌资源,应用于海洋石油污染的生物修复。

英文摘要: Through phylogenetic analysis of the 628 strains of genus Alcanivorax isolated from Chinese offshore surface seawater, deep seawater and sediment around the world, we found 29 potential new strains of genus Alcanivorax. Moreover, 5 strains take advantage in the growth of all samples. Specially, Alcanivorax venustensis is the most widespread and diversified strain. To study the role of the genus Alcanivorx in the molecular evolution, ecological distribution, degradation of the alkane, our study focus on the construction of a complete genome map and transcriptome of one typical strain and draft genome map of the other new strains, then make a comparative genomic study of the genus Alcanivorx and design specific primers to explore the in-site diversity of Alcanivorx simultaneously. What’s more, the research also enriched the bacterial consortium which have the ability to degrade long-chain alkane. In conclusion, the results will benefit to the development of the resource of alkane degradation bacteria applied to the boremeditation of the oil pollution.
