中文摘要: 本项目适应当前国家可持续发展的战略需求,以地震、泥石流及恐怖袭击等灾后工程抢修抢建等为应用背景,以地质聚合物混凝土材料为研究对象,围绕地质聚合物混凝土的制备技术以及早期力学特性,作用机理等展开试验、理论研究,旨在突破地质聚合物混凝土制备过程中原料选择、配比设计、制备工艺等关键技术难题,揭示地质聚合物混凝土的早期力学性能变化规律等关键科学问题,掌握地质聚合物聚合反应机理、地质聚合物混凝土的强度形成机理等,进而建立一套完善的地质聚合物混凝土制备工艺体系及其力学性能等变化规律的理论体系,解决制约地质聚合物混凝土规模化生产和推广应用的制备技术及相关理论难题,为地质聚合物混凝土在工程抢修抢建和加固改造领域的应用提供重要理论依据和技术支持。

英文摘要: According to the demand of current national sustainable development strategy, the preparation technology and early mechanical properties of geopolymer concrete under the application background of the rapid repair and construction engineering after disasters such as earthquakes, landslides and terrorist attacks are studied through experiment and theoretical research. The key technical problems such as the raw material choice,proportioning design and preparation technology in the process of preparation of geopolymer concrete are breakthrough. The change law of the early mechanical characteristics of geopolymer concrete is investigated.Further more, the reaction mechanism of geopolymer and the strength formating mechanism of geopolymer concrete is revealed. As a result,a complete preparation technology system and the theory system of the change law of the early mechanical properties of geopolymer concrete are set up, which can solve the technology and theoretical problems that limit the large production and spread application of geoplymer concrete.Finally, it can provide important theoretical basis and technical support for geological polymer concrete application in the field of repair and construct engineering.
