中文摘要: 随着实验技术的不断提高以及样品尺寸的越来越小,实验对同步辐射光的质量要求也随之变得越来越高,在实验过程中对光束的实时监测显得尤为重要。国际上,在同步辐射硬X射线光束线上这种实时监测技术已发展的比较成熟,普遍使用具有位置监测功能的小型电离室来实现对光束位置的监测。然而到目前为止,真正用于同步辐射软X射线光束线光束位置无损实时监测的方法还未见报道。本项目将研究一种可用于软X射线光束线实现对光束无损在线实时监测的技术,预期目标为对光束的位置分辨精度优于20微米。并将该技术用于软X射线谱学显微光束线站堆栈扫描以及纳米CT扫描实验,实现对光束的实时监测以及自动校正。

英文摘要: With the sustainable improvement of the experimental techniques and sample size getting smaller and smaller, the quality of synchrotron radiation is required higher and higher. The real-time monitoring of the beam is particularly important during the experiment. Several ionization chambers with position monitoring functions have been used to monitor the beam in the hard X-ray beamlines in different synchrotron radiation facilities and the online position monitoring technology has been developed. So far, however, the similar technology used in soft X-ray beamlines has not been reported to monitor the beam position real-time and non-invasive. This study will develop such beam position monitoring and auto-collimating technology which will be used in nano-CT and STXM with the beam position resolved accuracy better than 20 micrometers.
