中文摘要: 安全性、水溶性和生物相容性是纳米材料的生物应用必备的条件。针对无机上转换纳米粒子在生物就用中存在的水容性和生物相容性不好等缺点,利用羧酸配位聚合物生物相容性好的优点,在成功制备系列稀土羧酸配位聚合物微/纳米材料的基础上,本项目旨在用微波法合成尺寸均匀、多功能的钆基羧酸配位聚合物上转换发光纳米粒子及其核壳结构。考察各因素对材料合成的影响,找出其可控合成的规律。对材料的上转换发光性能及其机理进行研究,考察材料的尺寸、形貌、核壳结构的形成等对其性能的影响。同时,对其磁学性能进行研究。对其生物安全性进行测试和评价,探索其生物应用,如荧光成像、磁共振成像等,通过改变反应条件等获得适合于生物应用的材料。有望解决传统无机上转换发光纳米粒子水溶性和生物相容性等问题,不仅可能获得系列新型的生物应用材料,并为其它配位聚位聚合物纳米材料的合成提供理论依据和指导,具有很好的理论研究意义和实际应用前景。

英文摘要: Safety, water-solubility and biocompatability are required for the bioapplication of nanoparticles. On the basis of the successful preparation of a series of rare earth carboxylic coordination polymer micro/nanostructures, this project aims to prepare uniform gadolinium-based carboxylic coordination polymer and their core/shell structures with excellent upconversion properties employing microwave heatiing.The effects of various conditions on the preparation and the formation mechanism will be studied.The effects of the size and morphology of the product and the formation of core/shell structure on the properties will be investigated. Their maganetic properties will also be explored. Biosafety of the products will be tested and evaluated.Their bioapplications such as fluorescence imaging andmagnetic resonance imaging will be explored. This may solve the difficulties, water-solublity and biocompatablity, that inorganic upconversion nanoparticles are facing. Furthermore, it may provide a way for the preparation and application of other coordination polyer nanomaterials. This work is of theoretical and applicable importance.
