中文摘要: 传统燃烧技术存在燃烧效率低、污染物排放严重等缺点,而现有多孔介质燃烧技术中各核心组件在使用过程中也存在一定的局限性。针对这些问题,本项目提出了一种催化燃烧用非贵金属梯度功能层/多孔金属介质复合材料。该复合材料以具有良好三维通孔结构、优异抗高温氧化性能的铁铬铝基多孔金属为介质,通过表面氧化处理后底层负载具有分散活性组分、增强催化活性作用的钇锆(YSZ)稳定的氧化铝(YSZ-Al2O3)和Ce-Zr-O 固溶体混合材料,外层与对CO和烃类的氧化及NOx的选择性还原具有优良的催化性能的钙钛矿ABO3结构氧化物层相结合。项目将结合有机泡沫浸渍技术、共沉淀技术和溶胶-凝胶技术来制备该复合材料;重点研究各技术参数对材料理化性能的影响规律,找到最优化制备工艺;研究功能层材料在金属介质的负载技术,并对复合材料进行燃烧特性分析。项目的研究,可为设计高燃烧效率、高热稳定性及长寿命催化燃烧器材料提供理论指导。

英文摘要: The traditional combustion technology has the shortcomings of low combustion efficiency and serious pollution, while the modified porous medium combustion technology also has certain limitations during operating process. To solve these problems, we design a new kind of non-noble metal gradient functional layer/porous metal medium composite materials for catalytic combustion. The materials employ Fe-Cr-Al-based porous metal with proper 3-D throughhole structure and excellent high-temperature oxidation resistance as medium. Yttria stabilized zirconia(YSZ)aluminium oxide(YSZ-Al2O3)and Ce-Zr-O solid solution compound materials are loaded onto the bottom layer after surface oxidization. And the outside layer is associated with perovskite structural oxide layer with notable catalytic activities on oxidation of CO/hydrocarbons and selective reduction of NOx. In this project, comprehensive methods of impregnation sponge with ceramic slurry, co-precipitation process and sol - gel process are employed for the preparation of materials. The effects of parameters on the physical and chemical properties of the materials will be studied, and then the optimum techniques can be obtained.
