中文摘要: 作为雾霾的重要污染源,燃煤工业锅炉的同时脱硫脱硝一直是该领域的难点。本课题拟以燃煤工业锅炉常用的氧化镁(MgO)脱硫工艺为基础,以亚氯酸钠(NaClO2)为添加剂,开展回收型MgO/NaClO2同时脱硫脱硝技术的基础研究,主要内容包括:(1) MgO/NaClO2同时脱硫脱硝的反应特性;(2) MgO/NaClO2同时脱硫脱硝反应的本征和宏观反应动力学研究;(3) MgO/ NaClO2同时脱硫脱硝的反应机理。本课题旨在为燃煤工业锅炉大气污染控制提供技术支持,并为解决NaClO2类脱硫脱硝技术的Cl-腐蚀及二次污染问题奠定理论基础。

英文摘要: Simultaneous desulfurization and denitrification of industrial coal-fired boiler, one of very important pollution sources resulting in haze, is always a difficult subject in this field. In this proposal, a fundamental research will be carried out to develop an efficient simultaneous removal technology for SO2 and NOx based on the magnesium oxide (MgO) desulfurization technology popularly used for industrial coal-fired boiler in which sodium chlorite (NaClO2) will be added as an additive for denitrification. The research contents can be concluded as follows: (1) reaction characteristics of removing SO2 and NOx by MgO/NaClO2; (2) intrinsic and macroscopic reaction kinetics for removing SO2 and NOx by MgO/NaClO2; (3) mechanism of removing SO2 and NOx by MgO/NaClO2. This proposal will be significant for the control of SO2 and NOx from industrial coal-fired boilers and be served as a theoretical underpinning for eliminating corrosion and secondary pollution caused by Cl- commonly produced in NaClO2-used technologies.
