中文摘要: 如何保证智能微网与主网并网安全运行以及在主网发生故障等情况下能够保证微网内部负荷的供电不受影响,已经成为智能微网稳定运行和安全控制的关键问题。针对上述问题,本项目拟通过对多区域智能微网进行复杂网络建模,并通过对复杂网络的安全稳定性、同步性以及网络连接故障情况下的容错协调控制问题进行研究,以此对智能微网的安全可靠运行和分布协同控制提供必要的理论基础和技术支持。主要内容包括:1)建立基于不变集的复杂网络稳定性判据,探究其与网络同步性之间的内在联系,并对安全稳定域进行定性定量估计;2)针对子网络内部故障以及网络间连接故障的复杂网络情况,建立分布式容错协调控制策略,并探索部分网络连接断开后对余下的复杂网络动态性能的影响;3)建立网络化安全监控智能微网半实物仿真平台,利用所取得的成果指导并网发电以及孤岛情况下的电网运行,并不断完善所得到的理论成果。

英文摘要: How to ensure the smart microgrid operating in the grid-connected mode safely and how to ensure the utilities in the microgrid intact in the case that the main runs in the faulty situations have become the key problems in the stable operation and security control of smart microgrid. In view of the above problems, this project intends to model the multi-region smart microgrid using complex network theory, and to investigate such problems as the security and stability, synchronization of complex network and the fault-tolerant coordinated control under the case of faulty interconnectivity of complex networks, which will povide theoretical fundamentals and technical supports for the safe and reliable operation and distributed coordinated control. The main contents include: 1) Invariant sets based stability criteria will be established for complex networks, and the relationship between the stability and the synchronization will be explored, as well as the qualitative and quantitative evaluation of the domain of security and stability. 2) In the case that the faults occur in the sub-networks and the interconnections between the complex networks simulatanuously, distributed fault-tolerant control strategies will be proposed, and the impact of fault sub-networks on the dynamic of remaining part of complex network performance will be explored when the network connection is disconnected. 3) A semi-physical simulation platform of network security monitoring for the microgrid will be established, and the micro-grid operating in grid-connected mode or island mode will be verified by the obtained achievements, and conversely promote the theoretical results obtained.
