中文摘要: 焚烧法由于减容、减量化的优点,近几年得到了迅猛的发展。而垃圾焚烧中产生的有毒物质——二恶英(PCDD/Fs),严重制约了焚烧法处置技术在国内的应用。氯代多环芳烃(Cl-PAHs)是一类有着和二恶英相似的结构和毒性的非故意产生的持久性有机污染物(UP-POPs),对生态环境和人类健康构成危险,而焚烧过程同样会产生氯代多环芳烃。目前我国尚未有可靠、经济的UP-POPs 控制对应技术。本项目提出协同抑制控制UP-POPs的新思路,通过模拟不同的焚烧条件,确定PCDD/Fs与Cl-PAHs生成与分解的主要影响因素,提出PCDD/Fs与Cl-PAHs生成的共性特征,然后通过焚烧过程的现场考察与实验室模拟试验研究相结合,研究PCDD/Fs与Cl-PAHs的共排放特征,提出焚烧过程中UP-POPs协同减排控制原理,在此基础上,开展协同控制PCDD/Fs与Cl-PAHs的高效抑制剂的研发。

英文摘要: Accelerated economic development in China has led to the generation of more solid waste. Because of high volume reduction, solid waste incineration treatment was developed rapidly. However, polychlorinated dibenzo-p-dioxins and dibenzofurans (PCDD/Fs) emission from waste incineration constrains the application of incineration treatment for waste in China. Polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (Cl-PAHs) are a group of UP-POPs with similar structure and toxicity of PCDD/Fs, and constitute a danger to the environmental and human health. Research shows that Cl-PAHs also release from waste incineration processes. At present there is no reliable and economical technology to control UP-POPs emissions from solid waste incineration in our country. This project proposes a new way to cooperative control UP-POPs by injecting N- and S-containing inhibitors. The key factors of PCDD/Fs and Cl-PAHs formation and decomposition under different incineration conditions will be discussed. The potential inhibiting mechanisms will be concluded by comparing the inhibition effect of different N- and S-containing inhibitors and a new potential inhibitor will be developed.
