中文摘要: 壳层隔绝拉曼增强拉曼光谱(Shell-Isolated Nanoparticle-Enhanced Raman Spectroscopy,SHINERS)具有灵敏度高、通用性高、无需标记、操作简单、成本低的优点,为建立近海海域污染物拉曼光谱快速检测新技术提供了良好的契机。与已有的表面增强拉曼光谱技术相比,SHINERS具有更强的通用性和实用性,可以无需特殊的表面增强拉曼活性基底,直接实现目标分子的高灵敏检测。本课题针对近海海域重要污染物的现场快速检测,拟以SHINERS技术为基础,并结合快速高效、高选择性、灵敏可靠的分子识别与分离富集技术,如分子印迹技术、纳米修饰改性溶胶-凝胶技术、微萃取技术等,进一步提高SHINERS的选择性、灵敏度和抗干扰能力,以实现近海海域中重要污染物无标记、高选择性、高灵敏的快速检测。

英文摘要: Shell-Isolated Nanoparticle-Enhanced Raman Spectroscopy (SHINERS), coupled with several advantages such as exquisite sensitivity, high versatility, label-free, ease of preparation and low cost, may provide a good opportunity for the establishment of a new Raman spectroscopy technology for the rapid detection of pollutants in the coastal waters. SHINERS is more versatile and practical than the conventional surface enhanced Raman technique because it can achieve highly sensitive detection of target molecules directly on a generic substrate without any special surface-enhanced Raman active substrate.Focused on rapidly detecting the important pollutants in the coastal waters, based on the SHINERS technique, combined with fast, efficient, highly selective, sensitive and reliable molecular recognition and separation enrichment technology, such as molecularly imprinted technology, nano-modified sol-gel technique and microextraction technology, this project will further improve the selectivity, sensitivity and interference resistance of the SHINERS to achieve rapid, label-free, highly selective and sensitive detection of the important pollutants in coastal waters.
