中文摘要: 湿度是最常测量的物理量之一,但精确测量却极其困难,目前技术难以满足大气监测与聚变工程等大型基础科研项目对湿度测量的全部要求。本项目提出基于单壁碳纳米管离子通道的聚电解质湿度传感器,利用单壁碳纳米管离子通道中的可控离子传输过程,实现基于湿度的以自建电势为输出信号的湿度传感原理,对面向高选择性、高灵敏度、高稳定性应用要求的湿度传感器提供了新的解决方案。提出研究碳纳米管作为离子通道在固态聚电解质之间的离子传输过程的科学问题,对分子/离子在受限空间内的一维运动这一基本物理问题的研究具有重要意义。提出以分子结构精确可控的活性自由基聚合合成的聚电解质为模型,开展基于电解质型吸湿材料的湿度传感器的理论研究工作,有望解决目前使用的宽分子量分布聚电解质导致的建模困难问题。提出在固体聚电解质薄膜微图形之间构建碳纳米管离子通道的研究,不但有望形成一种新型MEMS湿度传感器,且丰富了MEMS传感器的研究领域。

英文摘要: Humidity is one of the most frequently measured physical quantities,however, hygrometry appears extremely complex. For many funtamental scientific projects such as sub-orbital atmospheric analysis and large hadron collider experiments, even the state-of-the-art humidity sensors cannot meet all requirements at all times and in all place. In this proposal, a polyelectrolyte humidity sensor based on single-walled carbon nanotube(SWCNT) ion channels is introduced. Aiming at high-end applications in which a combination of high sensitiviy,selectivity and stability is required, this device transduces air humidity into a self-built electric potential between its electrodes resulting from the controlled ion transport process in SWCNT ion channels. The proposed investigation on the ion transportation in SWCNT ion channels between solid polyelectrolyte films is important for a rational understanding of the one-dimensional movement of molecules/ions in geometrically confined space, and the latter still remains an open fundamental physical problem. A series of polyelectrolyte with well-defined molecular structure synthesized by controlled/living radical polymerization will be synthesized for modeling the electrolyte material of humidity sensors, endeavoring to overcome the current difficulties in modeling caused by the broad
