中文摘要: 具有自主知识产权的新农药创制,是我国农药科学和农药行业面临的一项迫切任务,本项目以我们课题组发现的具有原创性的苦皮藤素母体骨架-二氢沉香呋喃倍半萜为先导结构,在深入的毒理学研究基础之上,设计合成了52个苦皮藤素V衍生物;在结构简化的基础上,设计合成了59个沉香呋喃倍半萜衍生物。所设计合成的111个化合物均经核磁、质谱进行结构确认。并评价了这些化合物的杀虫活性,系统的研究了它们的构效关系,构建了药效团模型,获得了2个结构简单活性更高的新化合物。这些结果为创制新型杀虫剂提供了理论与实验依据。

英文摘要: Developing novel insecticides is an urgent task for the developer of the pesticide industry in China. We used dihydroagarofuran sesquiterpene which was found to be an insecticidal skeleton by our research group as a lead structure, 111 compounds (52 celangulin V derivatives and 59 dihydroagarofuran like compounds ) were designed and synthesized . The structures of theses 111 compounds were mainly confirmed by NMR and mass spectrometry data . The insecticidal activities against the larvae of Mythimna separata. of these compounds were evaluated and their structure-activity relationships were studied. Pharmacophore model was constructed and two compounds with more simpler structure and more stronger activity were designed and synthesized. All these results provides a theoretical and experimental basis to develop a novel insecticide.
