中文摘要: 饮用地下水中的氯、溴和碘等卤素元素的毒性和生物有效性及迁移释放活性与其赋存状态密切相关,查明地下水中卤素形态分布具有重要的意义。离子色谱(IC)与电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)联用技术具有可在线、高分离性能、高灵敏度、快速形态分析等优点,广泛应用于环境地下水中As、Cd、Cr、Hg、Pb、Se等元素的形态分析。然而,卤素元素具有较高的第一电离能(IP>10eV),在ICP中离子化效率低(0.09-29%),同时存在各种严重的质谱干扰,导致其较差的检测限(LOD),制约了该方法在地下水中的应用。本研究拟采用混合等离子体技术提高卤素元素的灵敏度,并结合离子-分子反应技术消除多原子离子对Cl、Br测定的质谱干扰。建立高灵敏度、低背景、准确快速的痕量卤素形态IC-Mixed plasma-DRC-MS同时分析技术,为研究地下水中卤素的地球化学特征提供一种新的手段。

英文摘要: The toxicity and bioavailability of the chlorine, bromine and iodine in drinking groundwater and migration of the release of activity is closely related to its existing state, identify the halogen species distribution in groundwater is of great significance. The coupling technique of ion chromatography and inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (IC-ICP-MS) has the advantage of available on-line, high separation performance high sensitivity and rapid speciation analysis, and widely used for the species of As, Cd, Cr, Hg, Pb, Se etc.in environmental groundwater. However, high first ionization energy (IP>10 eV) of halogen elements with the low ionization efficiency (0.09-29%) in ICP, while there are a variety of serious mass interferences, resulting in poor detection limit (LOD), which restricts this method in groundwater applications. In this study, the mixed plasma technology will be used to improve the sensitivity of the halogen elements, combining with the ion-molecule reactions technology to eliminate the polyatomic ions interferences on the determination of Cl and Br. Based on above techniques, a high sensitivity, low background, fast, accurate and simultaneously multi-elements for trace halogens species method (IC-Mixed plasma-DRC-MS) will be established.
